Store Managers

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Store Manager to join our team in our soon to open Toledo City branch.

Responsibilities:

• Act as branch team leader.
• Performs cashiering duties.
• Perform cake lettering upon check out of orders.
• Assist with food delivery bookings, ensuring accurate and timely coordination of orders and deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer service, both in-person and online, addressing customer inquiries, taking orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Possesses leadership qualities.
• Experience as a Cashier in any Cake Shop an advantage.
• Proficient in cake lettering an advantage.
• Strong understanding and experience on Facebook Page administration.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
