Returns: Due to the perishable nature of our cakes, we do not accept returns. We are unable to restock or resell returned items, as it would compromise the quality and freshness of our products. Therefore, all sales are considered final once the order has been placed and delivered.
Refunds: We understand that there may be rare instances where a cake is defective due to our fault. In such cases, we are happy to offer refunds or replacements. To be eligible for a refund, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery and provide the necessary details, including the order number and supporting evidence (such as photographs) of the defect. Defects Caused by Third-Party Delivery Riders or Customer's Fault: While we take great care in packaging our cakes, we cannot be held responsible for any faults or defects caused by third-party delivery riders booked by the customer or due to mishandling by a customer. Once the cake has been successfully delivered to the provided address, any issues arising from mishandling or negligence shall be the responsibility of the customer.
